We're 3 friends offering a lovely double bedroom in our sociable 4 bed house. It has a south-facing garden and is only a 10 minute walk to Tower Hill Station.
ABOUT US
We're three friends who have been living in this house for 2.5 years.
- Lydia likes sports (both watching and playing) and claims to be very good at baking (you can judge for yourself if you become our housemate)
- Milly likes travelling and likes things at the weekend together (such Sunday roast at the pub and bottomless brunch)
- Lloyd likes travelling, pubs and the outdoors
ABOUT THE HOUSE
- Your bedroom: a double bedroom with under-bed storage, a desk and a wardrobe. New white desk and wardrobe since photo was taken.
- Your bathroom: bathroom with plenty of storage and a bath/shower, shared with a clean housemate.
- Shared kitchen diner: Has a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, and French doors into the garden. You'll get your own personal cupboard and fridge space, as well as shared space.
- Private south-facing garden: Has a BBQ, table, chairs, bike storage, and an entrance to the private communal garden.
- Lounge: Has two sofas and a sofa bed, a large smart TV, Xbox and a Switch.
- Private driveway. No current residents will need to use it, so there is an available parking space
