The room is a very large, bright, inviting double in my beautiful, stylish maisonette in N7. The flat is character packed with high ceilings and period feature and situated in a mid-terraced Victorian house in a quiet, residential and convenient corner of Tufnell Park, within easy reach of local shops and supermarkets. The area is friendly and safe.

Nearby are the fashionable hotspots of Camden Town, Islington and the ongoing re-development of now fashionable Kings Cross. In terms of location, you couldn’t ask for better - transport links are excellent with bus, underground, overground train and St Pancras Eurostar, and very well served by buses if coming home late.

Although very central it is quiet but brilliantly served by public transport. Postcodes: N1, NW5, NW1, N5, N6, N7, N19 and are just a short ride away. I am in Zone 2 - just 10 minutes by tube into Central London.

Local amenities include Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Selby’s, Iceland, Argos, Costa Coffee, Cafe Nero and Odeon cinema. Also there are many gastro-pubs in the area.

The bedroom itself is large and bright double overlooking a beautiful garden - with a double bed, plenty of storage and a desk. Wooden floors throughout. The property is very secure; all mod cons - dishwasher, wash machine, well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi. I have been renting for 17 years and offer a friendly, non-intrusive service. My guests always comment on how tranquil and cosy their stay was.

The room is available from 3rd August 2015. Very suitable for short stay visitors. Happy to consider someone who wishes to stay longer term.

The price includes all bills (reasonable usage). Weekly rate is £225; Under a week, rates are £40 daily. One week's deposit required and would expect damage/breakages/lost keys to be replaced.

Couples considered for short term at £20 per day extra.
