Double Bedroom in renovated 2 bed flat Islington

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my renovated two bedroom flat with.

The double room comes with:

- A John Lewis double ottoman storage bed
- Emma mattress
- IKEA wardrobe
- Optional desk & office chair
- Super fast Wi-Fi

You’ll have additional storage in a big walk-in cupboard and there’s also external storage in the garage (for bikes etc). We have a cloakroom for coats and shoes too.

We’ll share a huge lounge kitted out with a loaf sofa bed (great for guests) and a TV loaded with all the streaming services (Apple, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, BBC, etc) and dining area.

The kitchen has all the mod cons and accessories you could need (air fryer, nutribullet etc) and a breakfast bar overlooking Alexandra Palace. It has plenty of storage space. In case you need more we have a separate pantry!

The bathroom has been recently renovated, with a power shower and plenty of storage. We have a separate Japanese toilet too!

The flat is a maisonette design from the 4th - 8th floor so it feels like you’re living in a little house :) The flat is gated and we have multiple gardens onsite. Parking is also available onsite. We have a couple of lifts too, which come in very handy when moving in!

It’s a very safe, quiet area in an amazing location for transport links into central. We’re a 10 minute walk from Tufnell Park tube and Holloway Park / Caledonian Road tube stations. There’s bus stops within a 5 min walk and the main Holloway Road high street is 5 minutes away. Hampstead Heath is a 30 min walk away or a quick bus.

I’m out and about quite a bit (I only live in the flat half the month so you’ll have the place to yourself a lot) but when I’m home you’ll usually find me in front of the TV. I work in TV so I’ll always have a recommendation for you!

I’m looking for someone kind and considerate who wants to make this flat their home.

The rent includes:

- ALL bills including water, electricity, heating, super fast WiFi, council tax, service charge, TV licence, TV streaming services (Netflix, Apple, Prime, Disney)

- A bi-weekly professional cleaner

- All house supplies (cleaning products, toilet roll, hand wash, etc)

The room will be available from 10th June.
