Double room in friendly 3 bed flat in Tufnell park

Hi, Our housemate is moving to LA so are looking for a friendly new flatmate to share a lovely flat in Tufnell Park Road (N7). It's a great area with many transport links (Northern Line, Piccaddily Line, quick 10 min bus to Angel etc).

We are the top floor flat and there are 3 flats in the building. The flat itself is split between two floors, with the three bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor and upstairs to the open plan kitchen lounge area (which has a great view!). The rooms available is a double and furnished.

You would be sharing with a 31 year old female and 28 year old male. We both work 9-5 and are into normal things like socialising with friends, music and playing sports.

We are looking for alike-minded flat mate to come and live with us. It's not just a room, we treat this as our home, so would like someone who is on the same page. Someone who is professional but still likes to have fun!
The rent is £700PCM. The bills, which includes water, council tax, sky, broadband, tv licence are £82 a month. Gas and electric bills are received every quarter and are split between the flat. Our last quarter gas and electric bills were £80 per flatmate to give you an idea.
