Hi there, my flatmate is moving out from our beautiful house in Holloway / Tufnell Park and his room will be up for grabs very soon...

The house / flat are the top two levels of a two story conversion with well maintained and huge living room, massive kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom you would be renting is about 20x15 and is furnished if you'd like it to be (double bed, wardrobe, dresser etc.).

Overall this is a really nice and big conversion house with a private entrance. As the spacious rooms are split over 2 levels (1st floor and 2nd floor), everyone can definitely enjoy some privacy as well. We also have a private little garden with BBQ and picknick bench in the back.

Ideal transport links, 10 minute walk to Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) and Tufnell Park (Northern Line) underground stations, above ground the 4, 17, 43 and 271 buses will get you just about anywhere in central London.

You would be living just with one more person: me, Benny (originally from the south of Germany but living in London for over half a decade now). I am in my early 30's and work full time in the creative industry. I'd like to think that I'm pretty easy going, sociable and tidy - big fan of trips to the pub for good food and drinks, but also like to socialise at home. At the same time, I do have our own lives.

Ideally I'm looking for someone with similar attributes to move into this amazing home (sorry no students).
