Large Ensuite Double with Patio in Tufnell Park

Hello!

We have a large double room with ensuite bathroom and attached balcony in beautiful Tufnell Park available as of 09 November. I am moving out with my boyfriend so I need to find a nice, fun, (relatively) tidy person to take my place.

The Flat

It's quite a big two bedroom place, split onto two floors. The ensuite bedroom is upstairs on its own and has a patio looking South over the city. There is loads of storage and a well fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) plus a spacious living/dining room. There's no TV but we do have a projector for movie nights or general tv streaming.

The Flatmate

Harriet is awesome and loads of fun. She's always up for an outdoor adventure (whether it's hiking out in the country, kayaking down the Thames, or whatever else you can think of) but is equally up for a good pub night. She is an amazing cook so if you're really nice, she may even feed you on occasion ;)

The Neighbourhood

We're really lucky with a fantastic local pub a stone's throw away from the flat. There are 3 grocery stores within a 10 min walk (Budgens, Sainsburys and Waitrose) and you have Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line) less than 10 min away plus loads of buses on Holloway Road. If you're a runner or generally like to be outside, Hampstead Heath is a 15 min walk away.

Costs

Rent is £810 per month plus £120 for bills.
