Large bright double room (Tufnell Park)

Our lovely flatmate has gone home to New Zealand and so we have a good sized double room in Tufnell Park available now, in a Victorian converted flat. The room is an L shape so looks smaller in the pics, but actually has quite a bit of space.

It has lots of light and is furnished with wardrobe, dressing table/chest of drawers/ small set of drawers, and built in bookshelf. A table/desk can be provided if needed, as well as another bookcase. The room has been newly decorated.

The flat has another bedroom (shared by us, a couple in our 30s), a massive living room with comfy sofa and chairs, smart TV, landline, lots of books, vinyl record player, mezzanine storage area (so good if you have suitcases, etc), and a lovely big bay window; a good-sized kitchen with dining table, a utility room, hallway, laundry room and bathroom (with a great hot shower). The broadband is very, very fast and there's space in the hall for a bicycle if necessary. We also have a big garden that is great in the summer.

The flat is ten minutes' walk from Tufnell Park tube and 15 mins from Kentish Town tube and five minutes from the bus stop (390 to Notting Hill which goes via King's Cross & Central London.) It's a lovely area and a leafy street which is very quiet. Lots of nice pubs nearby, plus the best Italian north of the river, and Holloway road is good for big supermarkets. Excellent and varied takeaway options.

We are both pretty chillled and are looking for a flatmate who is friendly but also has their own life, ideally Monday-Friday but days and price are up for negotiation. The main thing is we want the right person.
