I have the 1st floor of my Victorian terraced house. It consists of a double room(4X 4m)
furnished with a bed and
wardrobe a desk. You have shared the kitchen with a microwave, a 7 kg washing machine , a gas hob, and an electric oven cooker. You also share the toilet and the shower room and bathroom. There is a (4m X 3m)bathroom/toilet with towel radiator and shaver socket, as well as a separate sink/ shower room.
PLEASE NOTE...no garden access, and there is no roof terrace
It is my family home. The house has a gas safe certificate and an electrical safety certificate. I prefer a single person . I have spent my whole life in this area and have seen a rapid change in the past 10 years.
Tuffnell Park is now a trendy sought-after after professional area with a village feel to it. You have various bars, Costa Coffee ,butchers and fishmonger, and a farmers market every Saturday. There is a gym FIT SPACE within one mile, PURE GYM close by. The shops in this area range from Waitrose ...to Iceland and 99p shop.! To the north is Archway with lots of varied shops, to the south is Holloway Road with lots of pubs/bars and places to eat. Camden Market ,Shoreditch ,Angel (good bars) .Parliament Hill fields and Hampstead Heath are all a 15-minuteminute walk. Tuffnell Park tube station and various bus routes are all less 10 minute walk. The city is 3 miles away. The road is very quiet(dead-end street). Tufnell Park playing fields is an open space with an outside gym. You can also see Arsenal Emirates Stadium from the top floor window.
