1 room to rent in Tufnell Park - from Aug 27th

Our housemate is moving out, and so we have 1 room available to join us in signing the new lease for the house. This room is available from the 27th August for the start of a new Lease.

You would be sharing with Gavin, Adam, (26 & 28) and Rachel (26). We are therefore keen to find someone of a similar age to join us for the new lease to keep a good balance in the house. The house is located in Tufnell park, and thus transport links into the city centre are fantastic...Tufnell park station is only a 5 minute walk away and you can walk to the heart of Camden town in about 20 minutes.

The flat itself has a large kitchen/living room that leads into a reasonable sized back garden. Also, yes...it does even have it's own Ballpit, perfect for lounging in and watching TV.
The ground floor also includes a small lounge that is currently used as spare storage & for drying clothes, but makes a great spare room if you have guests.

The first floor holds 2 bedrooms and a toilet.
The available room is on the first floor and includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. There are also additional storage cupboards in the hall.

The Second floor holds the remaining 2 bedrooms & the bathroom.

We are hoping to find a housemate that is happy to hang out, socialise and join in on the odd house dinner, but also can happily do their own thing. Bonus points if you can help keep the garden alive...

Boring stuff:

Rent needs to be paid at the end of the month to me, so that I can then transfer it all to the letting agents.
The deposits will be paid directly to the existing tenants. If you were to choose to leave early, you would then receive the deposit from the new tenant etc.
Bills will be split amongst the house mates, with each person taking responsibility for a certain thing (electricity, broadband etc).

The letting agents will require a work reference/pay slip, bank statements and photo ID and there is a £25pp signing fee.
