Myself and my flatemate are looking for someone to take over our lease. It is a 1 bedroom flat with separate living room and a kitchen.
The flat is on the ground floor, 3 minutes to a bus stop (29, 253, N29, N279), a 15 minutes walk to Camden Town station, a 10 minutes walk to Caledonian Road Station. The moving date is flexible.
Since we have rented the flat via agency, there will be a £396 fee for them, as well as the references will be followed up.
