Ensuite bedroom with double bed available to let in Tufnell Park N7 in a 2nd floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. I'm renting out this bedroom and two young professionals, Alexandros and Steve, have rented the two other bedrooms. This is available until mid Jan '17, the rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, unlimited fibre optic broadband, water, council tax, cleaner once a week). The flat has a large living room and a separate eat in kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. The flat also has its own garden and views of the Tufnell Park fields (1 minute walk away with ping pong and tennis courts).

The area has a number of amenities including the Tufnell Park tube which is about 4 minutes walk, a Budgens supermarket opposite, restaurants and cafes across the street and the shopping area of Holloway Road only 10 minutes walk away.
