Double Room with En Suite
This is a good size en-suite double bedroom in Tufnell Park (Zone 2, Northern Line),available from Saturday 12th November.
The House:
It's a modern (1990s) three storey, three bedroom, three bathroom house (each housemate has their own bathroom!)on Dartmouth Park Hill in Tufnell Park, not far from Camden and Kentish Town.
There is a small front and back garden.
Ground floor:
- Kitchen, with dishwasher
- Downstairs WC
- Good sized Living room
First Floor:
- Small bedroom and own separate bathroom (Romain's room)
- Shared Storage cupboard
- Bedroom No.2 with en-suite bathroom (this is the room available!)
Second Floor (top floor):
- Bedroom No.3 with en-suite bathroom (mine and Gabi's room).
The Housemates:
I'm Matt (British) and I live in the top floor bedroom, sharing with my girlfriend, Gabi (Hungarian). We're easy-going, quite chilled out and not too 'couply' - both working as Project Managers.
In the small bedroom is Romain (French). He is an architectural engineer. Also chilled out.
We're basically a relaxed, grown-up, chilled out non-smoking house that respects each other and always cleans up after ourselves. We're not party animals but like to have a good time!
Who we're looking for:
- Long term tenant (6 months +)
- Professional, full time employed
- Age: 26+
- Relaxed, clean/tidy and considerate
- Able to give good references
House mantra - the rules:
Do what you like in your room, as long as it doesn't impact or affect the rest of the house.
Keep communal areas clean and tidy - If you left it there, you tidy it. If you cook, you also clean/wash-up the same day. That way, we all live in a clean house. Everybody's happy :)
No smoking - Sorry, but if you smoke at home, this is probably not the place for you.

Archway (Northern Line), 12 min walk
Gospel Oak (Overground), 15 min walk
Kentish Town (Thameslink), 15 min walk
Buses:
4 (bus stop outside!), 134/390 (5 min walk), C2/214 (7 min walk).
We're not too far from Hampstead Heath and Highgate so great for afternoon walks and runs on evenings and weekends.
Other information:
Parking Space: There is also a shared parking space with the house.
Bills: (Gas, electricity, water, Council Tax and broadband) are about £150/m each, on top of rent.
We also have a cleaner who comes once each week (included in my £150/month estimate).
TOTAL MONTHLY RENT & BILLS = £825-850 (approx.)
