We are looking for 1 professional flatmate to share a 3 bed split level flat in Turnham Green. The flat is just 3 minutes walk from Turnham Green underground station (District and Piccadilly lines), literally seconds off Chiswick High Street, which has lots of shops (M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, butcher, fishmonger, pubs, restaurants, banks, etc.) and 10 mins walk from the River Thames.

We are relaxed, easy going and independent professionals, travelling sometimes, and enjoying sports or an occasional drink. We are a female, Edyta, 35 working in media, and a male, Germain, 32, working in IT.

The double room has a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe with a deep storage cupboard on top. Some additional storage can be shared outside the room.
The flat is fully furnished, warm and sunny and has wooden floors throughout. The kitchen is modern and clean with all the essential appliances. There is one bathroom and 2 toilets.

The flat is located in a block of flats on the 1st floor and has a good security. Parking is available.

The rent is £650 pcm + bills approx. £100 pcm (water, gas & electricity, TV licence, council tax, Virgin package - internet, TV, land line). A deposit of £798 will be required.
