Short term let now till Feb 5th

We are advertising a great double room in our lovely house in Chiswick. Our housemate Andy is moving out and we are looking for someone to take his place!

The house is 10 mins away from both Turnham Green and Chiswick Park Tube Stations – Central London is 20 mins away on the Piccadilly Line. We are also a 8 min walk to South Acton station which is just 5 mins to Richmond.

We moved into the house 6 months ago before which the landlord kitted it out with brand new furniture for the lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.

The bedroom is on the second floor which you have to yourself – it has a new bed (6 months old) with storage underneath and double railed wardrobes. The room is a good size, has a connection of Sky TV should you wish to use it and you also have your own stylish bathroom with bath and shower.

The downstairs of the house is great – a spacious open lounge and kitchen area which leads onto a patio garden – ideal for summer.

As mentioned we have a Sky TV & Broadband package and all the appliances and furniture needed – it is a house you could literally move straight into without needing to buy any extras.

Chiswick High Street is just 10 mins away with all of its bars, renowned pubs (The Duke of Sussex Gastropub is at the bottom our road), great restaurants and shops. There is also a very large Sainsbury’s 10 mins walk away and a 24hr bus into Central London at the bottom of the road which is very handy for getting home after a night out. There are also several gyms very nearby including Virgin Chiswick Park and 3 public tennis courts 5 mins walk away.

The room is available now till Feburary 5th. We are both working professionals, and we are looking for someone to add to our house and continue to make it a great place to live till the beginning of Feb. Couples welcome rate to be discussed.
