Two Double Rooms in cosy well located flat

Hello!

I am sadly saying goodbye to my wonderful current flatmates and am looking for two people to join this 3-bedroom home!

The main living space is open kitchen, dining, and lounge with new appliances. The flat has been recently renovated and has new carpets throughout. The flat is a quick 7-minute walk to Turnpike Lane station and 8 minutes to Hornsey National Rail. You’re also close to several grocery stores (one 24 hours for late night trips), 7 minutes to Wood Green Mall (Boots, TK Maxx, very lovely shoe repair shop, etc) and a 10-minute walk to Crouch End.

Both rooms are a double bedroom and come furnished.

Room 1:
- Double bedroom
- £650 per month

Room 2:
- Double bedroom
- £900 per month
- Currently has king-sized bed in it
- Half bathroom: shower and sink
- The green wall will be painted back to white

Bills excluded but usually come out to about £80-100/month per person.

Looking for:
Someone who likes to spend time in the flat, share a meal, but is also okay doing their own thing! I love some tv time (though have a bad habit of rewatching shows a million times) but also might spend more time out of the flat either at the pub, work events, or with friends. I’m not really a talent in the kitchen so if you’re willing to teach me let me know! I work for an art gallery but also work from home more or less depending on if there’s an exhibition open. Preference to someone clean and happy to make this a comfortable home. Ideally looking for someone who is in their late 20s/ early30s!

Access:
The flat is located in a Victorian residential building which has one step before the entrance and no ramp. The entrance to the individual flat is up 15 stairs. The entire flat is on one floor. There is an intercom system with video. If you have any additional questions please ask!

The move-in date is 26th of June but the lease resets every August. Looking for two people who can join from that date until 26 August 2025.
