Lovely Double Room with garden access

Hi

Me and my housemates have a lovely double room available in our shared house! I currently am in this room but am moving to the room upstairs. I have absolutely loved living in this room, it has access to the garden through french doors, based on the downstairs floor so it's lovely and quiet. The room comes unfurnished as I am moving my stuff upstairs.

The house itself is on a quiet street, and only a 10 minute walk to the closest tube station with a bus stop a 5 minute walk from the house. You can be in central London in under 30 minutes. We have a lovely big garden, which which are currently in the process of sorting out ready for some summer BBQs! Our only communal area is the kitchen, we don't have a living room, but the kitchen is huge and there is more than enough space for socialising in there!

Housemate wise, we are looking for someone to fit in with our current set up. Of course it sounds like the generic someone who wants to socialise and be a part of the house but also likes their own space, but we really all do get along as friends. We aren't looking for someone who is just looking to rent and room and not get to know us. We've been in the house all together for a year so are hoping that we can find someone to join us and fit in. We are a diverse mix here, I am currently a student but my other flatmates work within hospitality, acting and sales. We are definitely a fun house who love organising gatherings, but not a party house.

Bills are not included, they average around £130 per month on top.
