£655 per month plus roughly £100 of bills ( gas, council tax (band D, electricity, internet - may vary between seasons).

Ideally we are looking for long term (minimum 12 months) but will consider shorter term.

The room is fully furnished with mezzanine bed, sofa, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. It's bright, facing west and it is in the calmer part of the house. The window faces the garden, and the double glazed windows prevent any noise coming in.

The house is literally 2mins walking from station, on a side road. The house has a big liveable kitchen, living room, bathroom with a nice bath tub and toilet, veranda, garden and garden shed.

We are 4 professional individuals, between 35-45years old and a black cat in his teenage years.
