Bright, Spacious Room in North London

Bright double room available on a quiet street (no busses!) in Haringey. Walking distance from Muswell Hill and Finsbury Park.

My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone for a joint tenancy on the property. Bills are not included and are around £158 a month, including broadband.

There is a large bathroom, living room and kitchen. The flat is with a housing agency so there will be no rent increases.

About me:
I'm a psychology graduate with an interest in philosophy and literature. I enjoy writing and I work on a Church of England podcast. You don't have to be a Christian to live with me but I thought I would mention this in case it interests potential flatmates. My current flatmate is also a writer and ideally I seek similar for the discussions. I am an outgoing introvert, happy to hang out and share interests but also sometimes I spend time alone. If you're new to London, I have a varied and interesting friend group I'd love to share with you.

The shared living room has a sofa bed so we can host guests, and I am happy for you to bring friends/partners over as you like.

Sometimes these things interest people, so - I'm an INTP on the Myers-Briggs test, and a Taurus with Cancer moon/rising ;)
