Spacious double bedroom ( about 15-16 square meters), on the top floor of a 5 bedroom house near Turnpike Lane.

THE ROOM
The room comes furnished with double bed, mattress , wardrobe , bedside table and shelving unit . It also has a cupboard for extra storage .it will be repainted once I have moved out , before the new tenant moves in .

THE HOUSE
The house has 5 bedroom , a small though very functionality fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven , washing machine , microwave , toaster , kettle, fridges and freezers, a living room, a downstairs toilet, a bathroom with WC and bathtub and a separate shower room.

THE BILLS
The bills (energy , water, council tax , internet ) are not included in the rent and come down to £100-120 per month.

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing the house with 4 other housemates. All are professionals in their 30s early 40s so it would be probably best suited for someone in the same age group.
They are all friendly considerate and clean . Everyone is quite independent but sociable , enjoying the occasional chat, laugh and/or drink(s) every now and again .

THE LANDLORD
We deal directly with the landlord, who is very nice and gets things sorted in a timely manner should there be anything to be fixed/replaced in the house .

THE AREA
The house is located on the Harringay ladder, within walking distance to the high street that offers a whole selection of supermarkets, restaurants , cinema , gym , and more .. there is also Green Lanes down the road with many shops and restaurants.
Crouch End and its local shops bakeries , bars, record shops and more is also very near .
Alexandra Palace and Finsbury park are also within walking distance .
