Bright airy room in Upper Clapton

Room available in our lovely Upper Clapton flat available for an immediate move in need be

Would be sharing with a trio of folk from all over who have lived together for a quite some time, all working professionals across a range of industries

Mark (that’s me) an Irishman in London for the last 13 years and tenant of this flat since 2018

And the lovely Marie and Skai (hailing respectively from France and Lithuania) we all get on really real and have struck a lovely balance of giving one another our space but are never too long without a lovely evening in over cheese and wine or a outdoor sojourn if the weather allows, we are all quite active and love loads of different aspects of the arts and current affairs

We’ve all added our own little bits to the house, and our landlord is very relaxed in terms of adjustments a new tenant would want to make, in general our landlord is a very receptive and easy to get in with and one is the key reasons I’ve lived here this long, I’ll cut this short here as to not bite the hell out you but do feel free to send a message with any questions you have as well as bit about yourself and hopefully we can arrange a viewing asap
