Has a modern en-suite, furnished with bed (storage underneath), wardrobe and chest of drawers. Opens up into a lovely walled off south-facing patio/garden, so lots of sunlight throughout the year.

In Zone 1, 3 mins walk to Nine Elms (Northern Line) and 10 mins to either Stockwell or Vauxhall (Victoria Line and Trains). Large Sainsbury’s and multiple gyms nearby. Within walking distance to Victoria and Westminster. House itself is on a quiet residential street.

You’d be sharing with 3 other friendly professionals. Louis and Viana (23-24) will be staying while two of us are moving. Both are sociable and tidy, and would want the same of any incoming housemate. Shared space is a super spacious open plan living room and fully kitted out kitchen.

Bills inc. council tax are ~100pp/pm depending on the season. Contract is flexible with break clause after 1 year, and also suited to those wanting somewhere for the long term. Very responsive Landlord and property manager (Foxtons).
