Two double rooms for rent in cozy Vauxhall flat

Hello!

My 2 flatmates are moving out in a few weeks and I'm looking for someone to take over their rooms.

This lovely, ground floor apartment is in a really nice area and overlooks the park. It is less than a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall station and a 10 minute walk from Oval. There are 3 bedrooms in total, I'm in one of them. There is no living room, I think one of the rooms was converted to a bedroom, but all the rooms are spacious and there is a kitchen with a table which works well as a nice communal space.

Bills and council tax are not included but gas/electricity, water and WIFI usually don't come round to more than a total of £50 maximum each month.

My name is Sebastian, I am an actor and I graduated uni last year. I'm into running and climbing (there's a climbing gym just over the road) and anything outdoorsy. I love to grab a coffee at our lovely, local and independent cafe or get a pint at the pub and sit in the pub garden on a sunny evening. I'm into music, films and theatre of all kinds.

I am looking for a person who is sociable and friendly, but also respectful of personal space. I like to keep a clean and tidy household.
