The flat has a large, newly fitted fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. The lounge is very comfortable with a large sofa and desk and flat screen TV. The bathroom has recently been refurbished with a great shower and plenty of storage space.

The rent includes all bills including high speed internet; full SKY package & weekly cleaner.

There is parking available at the property. Its within a 5 minute walk to Vauxhall tube and train station and a 10-15 min bus ride to Clapham Junction train station. There is a Sainsburys conveniently located across the road and a number of great local restaurants.
