You will be in a spacious double room in the loft, with ample built-in storage and a fantastic bathroom shared with one other person. The house has two shared living rooms, a brand new kitchen/dining area, and a lovely garden with outdoor seating.

We're in a great location with immediate access to the Victoria Line and Overground. You can be in central London in ~20 mins. We're also one stop from Tottenham Hale, for very easy access to the Stansted Express.

There is a supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop etc 2mins away, Lloyd Park 15 mins down the road, and very easy access to the beautiful Walthamstow Wetlands. We're also a 5min walk from one of London's best indoor rock climbing walls.

We are a young couple and this is our first house. One of us works in FinTech, the other is a university lecturer. We currently have one other lodger who runs his own business and loves to cook. We live a pretty quiet life, and are looking for a relaxed lodger who likes a lowkey after-work drink, and the occasional meal together. We're also members of Yonder climbing wall and would love it if you joined us!
