Cosy flat for female professional. Long/short stay

Hi I'm a professional in various industries and I'm an easy going landlady. The flat is warm and cosy. The room is recently decorated and has a day bed that can be single or double depending on your preference. There is a wardrobe you can leave stuff in when you are not here. There is a desk and a mad cat called Ruby. The flat is on a quiet road and has a cute shared garden. All mod cons, washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer. The location is great for Walthamstow Central, Leyton and Lea Bridge which links to Stratford in 6 minutes. There's a great local pub and I run the local comedy club.
I'm looking for a professional for 4 nights a week who lives outside London and is clean and considerate.. it is possible to get a parking permit, this is not included in the price. It's very close to the marshes and Jubilee park is great if you're a jogger. The local Aldi is a 4 minute walk. Also within a 2 minute walk there are 6 different eateries plus the newly opened Patchworks. All bedding and towels supplied.
