This flat is a steal for the price!

The living area is spacious and has a lot of character.

The kitchen has exposed brick and fittings that make it feel like a country style. There is ample space for cooking and a seat by the window.

The living room is spacious, comfortable and full of plants!

The bathroom has both a bath and shower, and some handy shelves for cosmetics.

The bedroom itself can fit a double bed. It comes with a chest of drawers, a desk, and a small wardrobe. There is a hook on the ceiling to have a hanging plant and it has a nice fireplace feature, now fitted with shelves.

It's in a great location, with a gym one minute walk away, a yoga studio 10 minutes walk away, a climbing wall 15 minutes walk away, a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away and Lloyd park which has tennis courts, 10 minutes away. Walthamstow central has everything you need shops wise. Getting around is easy, either via blackhorse road or walthamstow central.

I'm looking for a flat mate who wants to treat the flat like a home. I enjoy my social life in London and having my own time to unwind. I'd also like to hang out from time to time and get to know know each other.

My preference is to find someone who is gluten free (or doesn't mind living gluten free) as I have an allergy to gluten and cross contamination in the kitchen can be an issue for me.
