Great location; across the street from Tesco's, stone's throw from Lloyd's Park and William Morris Gallery.
Short walk to Walthamstow Central with excellent and fast connections on Victoria Line and Overground line straight to Liverpool Street.

The flat is fully furnished, with the exception of the available room.
There will be space freeing up in the living room that can accommodate extra storage for new tenant.

About me:
- I work 9-5 for a trade association (hybrid - I work from home 2-3 nights a week)
- gamer, I am obsessed with my board game collection and enjoy my switch
- theatre-goer, see drag and cabaret shows often as well as the odd serious piece
- I like being social as well as having time on my own
- I am queer. You don't have to be, but if rainbows horrify you, it's not going to work out

Ideally I'm looking for somebody who wants to be part of a chill, social household rather than just an occupier of a room.

Don't fear the drum kit in the photos, it is silent, and it will be leaving with the old flatmate.
