We are looking for a friendly and considerate professional person to let our lovely loft room in our Victorian terraced home with a garden.

The room is carpeted and fitted with a single bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, cupboard and hanging storage. You will also have your own private ensuite shower room.

Our house is situated on a quiet road very close to all the amenities of St James Street, E17 - supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops and bakeries. It’s a 6 minute walk to St James Street Station for TFL Overground to London Liverpool Street and a 13 min walk to Blackhorse Road Station for TFL Underground (Victoria Line).

You will be sharing with a family of 2 - mother and 10 year old son and our cute cocker spaniel who is very loving and gentle. We love music, cooking, yoga, mindfulness, gardening and nature. We would love to hear from like-minded people.
