Walthamstow Village house

My roommate and I are looking for a new housemate in our lovely 3 bed house.

Location:
We are right by Walthamstow village, with easy access to the Victoria line at Walthamstow Central and Queens Road Overground.

The house:
3 bed house on a residential quiet street, with 3 floors. Your room would be on the second floor, sharing the main family bathroom with 1 other person. We also have a lovely garden which we sit out in together in the summer, and occasionally attempt a barbeque! The rent is 850 per month plus bills, which work out at roughly 150 each per month and the room is unfurnished.

Your new housemates:
We are friends, not just roommates, and love a catch up at the end of the day over dinner, as well as watching trashy tv together. We love an early night during the week and we both are in the office most days, so are only home in evenings and on weekends.

The house will be available from 4th May.
