Large Double room with en-suite next to Lloyd Park

Hi! My boyfriend (Joe, 30) and I (Juliet, 29) are looking for someone to rent out the en suite double bedroom in our house which occupies the entire top floor.

The Room:
- large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden:
- Entire top floor to yourself
- Ample storage with built in wardrobes along one wall.
- Space for a desk if required

The wider house:
- 3 bed house that has recently been refurbished
- Great garden space with seating area
- Open plan downstairs with large kitchen including an island

We haven’t moved into the house yet, so the furniture will be slightly different to what you see in the photos but hopefully can give you a decent impression.

Where:
- 2 mins from Lloyd Park
- 10/15 minute walk to Walthamstow Central station and Walthamstow Village

About Us

Both of us work in Central London, Joe in management consultancy and I in real estate. Joe works from home 2 or 3 days a week while I am in the office most days.

We enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the pub, and trying new restaurants, with the occasional run or gym class thrown in. Equally very happy lounging on the sofa with a deliveroo.

We are looking for someone to share our house with who has their own independent life but at the same time someone we can share the occasional glass of wine with. This is our first home that we have owned together and so we are looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy.

We do also occasionally look after a cavapoo called Benji, so probably best if you also don’t mind dogs!
