10 min walk from Walthamstow village (nice pubs and breweries)
Recently renovated so new bathrooms, carpet, flooring, kitchen
Sunday strolls on Walthamstow Wetlands, trailing running nearby and Epping Forest for cycling/walking
Cleaner once a fortnight (included in rent)
Big TV and solid sound system
Bike Lockers outside can be requested from the council £40/year
I own the flat with my brother so no shitty landlords

Housemates:
3 guys, aged between 27 - 31
2 of us doing normal working hours, sometimes from home sometimes office
One housemate is a doctor so sometimes irregular hours
We like to entertain, hang out in the pub, exercise and watch documentaries/movies
Looking for someone tidy, sociable and considerate

On the top floor, nice view looking down the hill

Will have wardrobe and bedframe for when someone moves in (plenty of storage I promise)
Rent £870 / month incl. bills (£900 / month when it gets cold and heating goes on more)

The process:
Send us a bit of information about yourself - hobbies,
Will review info and invite people to meet the housemates (at the flat) on the weekend of 15/16th June.
If everything goes well, will discuss move in dates and such.
Some flexibility on move in date but ideally by end of July
