Double room in clean quiet flat

The flat is on a pleasant and quiet residential road, which is closed off with no-through traffic.

The flat comprises all mod cons. The kitchen has all tools and appliances needed: washing machine, microwave oven, gas cooker, all pots etc. The bathroom has both shower and bath. There is a large, cared for garden which gets a good amount of sunshine.

You will be sleeping on a good quality “Feather and Blacks” double bed. There is a bedside cabinet and other seating. There is a double door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and shelves to store your items. There is more storage under the bed. You can access unlimited wireless internet from your bedroom and throughout the flat.

The location is 5 minutes walk from St. James Street train station, and a five minute bus ride from either Blackhorse Road or Walthamstow Central tube stations on the Victoria line (20 minutes to central London). Leyton Tube station is a ten minute bus ride away, and 12 minutes to Liverpool street.
There is free street parking for cars, and somewhere to secure a bicycle.

The location is ideal for cyclists as it is about 25 minutes cycle to central London, and there are many green spaces nearby. Epping forest and Hollow ponds are ten minutes away, Walthamstow and Hackney marshes are about five minutes away by bicycle. It is a great location for walking, running etc. There is space to safely secure your bicycle at the flat.

There are loads of amenities nearby: several supermarkets, Walthamstow High Street with loads of shops, cafes and a street market is about fifteen minutes walk (5 minutes on the bus). The nearest leisure centre about a three minutes walk away. There is convenience corner shop one minute from the front door and more shops a few minutes walk away.

You will be sharing the flat with just one other guy; myself. I am easy to communicate with, and friendly. I work from home some of the time.
