Lovely double room in end of terrace garden flat

Hello! We have a lovely peaceful double room to let in our end-of-terrace warner flat in E17.

The room looks onto the garden that runs along the house and comes fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair. Any extras can be provided as well if needed, within reason! :)
Oh-the room has been painted white now and the walls are no longer blue.

At the end of the street is Lea Bridge Road (3 minute walk). Buses will take you to Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road in 5 minutes, its a 5 minute walk to that bus stop and going in the other direction you can get direct buses to Hackney Central, Clapton, Liverpool Street and London Bridge. About 20 minutes by bus to Hackney Central.

The super-quick Victoria line from Walthamstow Central/Blackhorse Road will get you into central London in about 15-20 minutes.

An off license is a 2 minute walk away, a cool east end boozer with amazing curry nights (really good curry-take it from an Indian!),is at the end of our street, as are other restaurants and shops.

The flat has a garden running along the the length (see photo) and tiny Dagenham brook is just behind the house. Lots of lovely green spaces around for walks and cycling, like Hackney Marshes, the river lea and bit further away, Epping Forest. There is free on-street parking. The newly planned Walthamstow marshes nature reserve is also a 5 minute bus ride away.

We are looking for a friendly professional to share our flat with, who likes their privacy and has their own life but enjoys the very occassional catch-up/shared meal. We are all very busy with our jobs so probably won't have loads of free time to hang out but always up for a beer or meal once in awhile.

The flat has a bright kitchen/dining room with bay windows and a door that opens onto the garden. The kitchen comes equipped with all the usual- washing machine, dryer, microwave, gas oven and stove plus toaster

THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM.

We are an easy-going couple with a love for art, films, books and nature. I am a 28 year old environmental consultant, originally from Bombay. My partner Henry is 32, from Norfolk, a freelance journalist and Reiko from Japan works for a travel agency. There is a small cat who also lives with is.
