Double Room In Walthamstow From 16Th October

Near Walthamstow Central, zone 3, Victoria Line!

Double room, single use, available from 16th of october, although we can be a little bit flexible. Rent £550/month + bills (that are around £50).

House to be shared with young and friendly people: we are all in our twenties, working in hospitality. At the moment we are 3 guys, a girl and a dog.

- Good transport links (2 night buses, walthamstow central station 10 min away by bus or 15 walking)
- We have a nice garden for summer barbecues!
- A massive park around the corner
- Wifi included

Furnished: Double bed, wardrobe, small sofa, chest of drawers and shelf.

Smoking: Is not allowed in the house, but you are welcome to do so in the garden/patio.

P. S: We have a lovely 12 months husky. Extremely friendly and not a problem at all, but you have to like dogs since he is a part of the family.
