A room is available in a lovely house in Walthamstow just by the village. Only the double room is now available.

The house is very close to Walthamstow Village with a number of restaurants and shops. The High Street is also a short walking distance (which apart from the shops and restaurants has the Empire Cinema and the longest market in Europe).

It is also approximately 7 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central Station (with Victoria line to the West End in under 30 minutes) and overground trains to the City in under 20 minutes. Walk to Walthamstow Queen's Road London Overground Station takes approximately the same time. The

There is a shared living room with a combined television/DVD and a piano.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and panini maker, amongst other things.

There is a large garden with ample sitting areas. If it's dry and mild the hammock is also out in the garden.

The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, tables and chairs, fans, bookshelves and chest of drawers. Please note that the double bedroom has a single bed.

Whilst there is off-street parking, this is a controlled parking area. Should you therefore have a car and need to park, an application has to be made to the council which is pretty straightforward.

I am open as to whether you are a working professional or a student but I have had a really positive experience with 2 international students from China and Holland and would therefore positively welcome international students and those from outside the UK.

I do love people and so generally see the positive side which means that I get on well with most people whether extrovert or introvert, shy or chatty. The kind of person I am looking for would also have a positive outlook on life. That person also values others and is considerate as I feel that where this is the case, things can generally be worked out.
