Summer with a sommelier Big room, nice house

Hi! We are looking for a summer lodger to join us 2 cool guys (1 is a sommelier, 1 is in advertising) in a smart house in Walthamstow for 3-6 months

Both guys are often out working or travelling - but when we are at home, we like to enjoy a bottle of fine wine together as housemates.

The house is a smartly refurbished Victorian house you'd be proud to invite people round to, and has all the usual stuff you'd require : Wifi, washing machine/dryer. And bills are also all included - so it's a good deal

The room itself is a large double on the 1st floor, with double bed, drawers and full size wardrobe, overlooking a quiet garden and patio at the rear of the house on a peaceful road where parking is no problem.

The house has a nice open plan kitchen/diner and conservatory, and the living room is furnished well with some good 'toys' - HD TV, home cinema with Apple TV (including iTunes and Netflix!), and strong WiFi signal throughout the home.

There is 1 WC, and 1 bathroom with bath, power shower, and a WC - all newly fitted and both on separate floors.

We are cool housemates, who keep clean and tidy, and often socialise at meal times, but usually have quiet evenings in the week - and save the odd party for special occasions

The house has a live-in landlord who is the advertising guy, who keeps the place clean. He is father to 2 sweet young children that are almost 10 who visit some weekends - but this stays peaceful and doesn't stop the current tenants from a good weekend lie-in!

Location wise we're just 5 mins walk away from Blackhorse Rd tube and 10 mins from Walthamstow Central. We're also 10 mins walk from the lovely Lloyd Park and Gallery, and 20 mins walk from Walthamstow Village, which is really pretty

It is worth looking into Walthamstow as an area to live if you don't know it already. Near the cool areas of Clapton, Dalston and Hackney Wick, good train links to West End and the City and home to some cool pubs and quirky cafes - which are all listed on a Pinterest page I can send you, if interested.

The room is available in late June, as the current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend then.

Deposit is 1 months rent at £675
