Your room is a double bed with an adjacent living room just for you. It comes part furnished with double bed, mattress, tv table and sofa bed. ready to move on 7/11/15

the house:
The ground floor hosts a long, high ceiling entrance hall that leads through to a cosy very well equipped kitchen.
Just off from this is the bathroom and separate toilet- so no morning queues!

The top floor houses the 3 bedrooms and the living room.

The Location:
Walthamstow is currently undergoing some exciting new ventures with restaurants, an Empire cinema, Nandos, Pizza express, turtle bay and new high street stores opening!

A few minutes walk from the house is Walthamstow Village, a picturesque place with Tudor architecture, old churches and a quaint array of shops, restaurants and bars; plus a beautiful nature reserve that hosts boating days throughout the summer!

Walthamstow Central is just a 5 minute bus ride away, from outside our front door! Other bus routes stretch as far as Stratford, to Central London!

Housemates:
We have two couples living within the house:
Couple 1: Anna. 24, a tattoo artist from York and the love of her life- Leon, 31, an amazing chef from Brazil.

and Mike: 30, an accountant/gym rat from London

Puppy 1: Steak, a 2 year old Staffy who loves to play, cause mischief and will do absolutely anything for a cuddle.

Puppy 2: Moo, a 1 year, 10 month old American Bulldog/Staffie who is the biggest softie you'll ever meet. Kind, considerate and ever so snuggly!

The Basics:
Rent is £680pm for a single person, £750 for a couple and is inclusive of all bills. These include:
- Water, Gas, Electric
- Council Tax
- Fibre Optic Broadband 56mb
- Weekly Cleaner. for common areas, and also your rooms.

To secure the room, a deposit of £500 is required.

ABOUT YOU!

We expect whomever comes to live with us to be a very respectful, polite, and happy person, like we all are. You will be welcome no matter your religion, race, political views, if you are vegetartian or carnivorous, gay, straight, trans, bi, no matter your choices this could be your home.

Do not come for a viewing acting like a idiot and thinking you own the house already as this attitude will not tolerated.

Any pets other than dogs are allowed, couples are allowed. no students and no dss.

this room will go quickly as it is a 2 in 1 so make your move quickly.

This is our humble castle, we all share the spaces and a good vibe should prevail.
