Two Bright, Clean Double Rooms for Females in E17

Looking ideally for a female, professional working or student (international students welcome also) to share a home with Asian family.

We have two double rooms available in our terraced house. Both are priced at £500 each monthly rental.

Bedroom 1 contains a double bed with mattress, bedside cabinet, 3 door wardrobe with mirror, chest drawer and desk. It is a clean, spacious and bright room that someone can make their own which is fully furnished. The room will be available from 1st August.

Bedroom 2 contains a single bed with mattress, bedside cabinet, chest drawer and 3 door wardrobe with mirror. This room will be available from mid August (date to still be confirmed)

The house is in excellent condition and viewing the house is certainly recommended to appreciate the space and house features.

All bills are inclusive including fast speed broadband internet. We have a large house which is vibrant, clean and tidy and is maintained in good order. The house has a large kitchen, diner, conservatory, garden with decking and an additional downstairs ground floor shower/toilet room.

Looking for somebody who is friendly, trustworthy, pays their rent on time and doesn't mind sharing with family (although the family mostly occupy the downstairs section of the house).

As we are muslim, we prefer someone who doesn't drink alcohol or smoke. We are happy to receive interest from females from any faith/religion as we welcome and appreciate people from all different backgrounds and culture. If you are a veggie, then that's perfect!

We are 5min bus journey to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line) and town centre or 10min walk to Wood Street Station for direct trains into Liverpool Street. Situated next to Waltham Forest College and Town Hall and a walk to the lovely Walthamstow Village area!
