Hello,

We are two sociable, easy-going friends, looking for a nice person to share our lovely house in Walthamstow. Available from early December for short-term let (3-6 months).

The rent is 800pcm, which covers all bills, wifi and a cleaner every other week.

The house is a spacious, double-fronted, Victorian end of terrace with loads of character. It has a huge living room with bay windows and comfy sofas.

The kitchen & dining room is open plan and a great space for hosting hanging out. The bathroom is recently refurbished with a great shower.

The bedroom is actually two rooms for one person – a sunny double bedroom overlooking the back garden and the small room next to it, which is fitted as a walk-in wardrobe. All fully furnished.

We are a 5 minute walk to Wood Street overground, which is 1 stop to Walthamstow Central (vic line) or 19mins to Liverpool Street. We're just a short walk to the village and a 15 minute walk to the Victoria line.

About us:

I'm Selina, a freelance graphic designer. The other housemate is my friend Freya, she's a police officer and is training to be a detective. We enjoy socialising, going to pubs and gigs, binging on Netflix, cooking, etc

I also have a cat called Sammy. He's 5 years old, sleeps a lot and is very cute.
