- 13 min walk to Wood street Overground
- 15 min walk to the Mall shopping Centre
- 2 min walk to the well-equipped YMCA gym, which also hosts many fitness classes.

It's really easy to get to central London from the flat:

- Victoria Line from Walthamstow Central takes 15 min to King’s Cross, 20 min to Oxford Circus.

I love my area - it's really vibrant, yet feels quite village-y and local, with really friendly people. There are local supermarkets, restaurants and Walthamstow's famous street market just around the corner.

In terms of going out, there is lots going on - cool new places are popping up all the time. There are loads of pubs too. The main bit of Walthamstow (with the local Empire Cinema and the Village etc) is all within easy reach. There's lots to do!
