Double room available for short term in spacious two bedroom flat in vibrant Walthamstow.
Available mid-April to end of May 2024.
Non-smokers only. Female preferred.
This is not suited to someone who works from home.
The room is a generous double, simply furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail and shelf. Shared bathroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen.
Bills and fibre optic broadband included.
Ten minutes walk (or a 3 minute bus ride) to Blackhorse Road Station and great connections to the city via the Victoria Line as well as London Overground (14 minutes to Kings Cross).
My flat is modern and quiet, away from busy traffic, with a balcony and access to a communal garden.
Minutes from creative hub Blackhorse Workshop and Wood Street Coffee, Yonder bouldering and yoga studio. The many cafes, breweries and pubs of Walthamstow are all within a 10 minute walk. Great links to cycle paths across Walthamstow Wetlands and the Lee Valley.
You'll be sharing with me, a female professional who works from home. I'm looking for a lodger who is quiet and considerate.
The price is £200 per week.
