The room

This room is available for single occupancy only.
One double room is available in our shared house from the middle of May. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central Tube, train and bus station and all the shops, but the street is very quiet.
We share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden... and cuddles to my cat. We eat together sometimes and have barbecues in the garden in summer (weather permitting) . We are looking for an easy going and sociable person who enjoys food and talk and the occasional glass of wine. I cannot stress enough that this is a QUIET home, and that we are RESPECTFUL of each other. With that in mind, you are welcome to have a friend for diner, stay the night occasionally or family coming to visit you if you are from another country. We would prefer somebody who has lived previously in a house share and understand that they have to clean after themselves and be respectful of other people.
We have everything necessary: oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, broadband and all the cooking utensils.
We are not obsessed about cleaning but have a rooster to keep the common rooms clean and tidy...
The rent is all included. (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband).
The room has a double bed, a desk and chair and plenty of space for your stuff. It is double glazed. It is orientated east so you get the sun in the morning.
We are looking for serious professional people who would enjoy coming back home after a long day at work and find peace and a quiet environment.
