We are a couple (I'm a PE teacher and my partner is a hairdresser) we are pretty chilled in the week as he can be back quite late, like watching films, bottle of wine and have our own hobbies (I like dance and he likes football!) the weekend we are normally out exploring somewhere in London, local pubs/east london or visiting family up north or his daughter in Wales.

We are offering our spare room up Mon-Fri ideally, however we would consider full time depending on the persons understanding of the situation. This is because once every month my partners 5yr old daughter comes to stay. If it was mon-fri You can leave belongings here over the weekends you are away, but once a month his daughter will be staying on a fri/sat night in the room. If you did want to stay full time, would you have somewhere to stay elsewhere 1 weekend a month? If so then do please get in touch.

The apartment is in a brand new block in Walthamstow central. We are in a new pedestrianised area above an array of restaurants and the Empire cinema.

The room has an ensuite, shared living room and kitchen with balcony overlooking communal gardens.

The high street is on your door step and has a shopping centre , supermarkets, clothes shops and Europe's longest outdoor market for lots of cheap goods.

Across the main road takes you to Walthamstow village which is a beautiful boutique style village with many gastro pubs, delis and boutique shops.

Epping Forest is 10 mins away. Lloyd Park is an amazing family park that has been refurbished and only 5mins walk away.

A few miles down the road and you will reach the amazing Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, continue a few miles more and you will reach the countryside of Essex!

Getting Around

Rugby world cup at Stratford Olympic stadium - bus from outside the apartment is direct in 25mins. Uber taxi costing £8 in 10mins!

We have the underground 2 mins walk away -Victoria Line

Overground is direct to Liverpool St - zone 1 (15mins) or out to Chingford

Walthamstow bus station (Tonnes of buses in all directions)

Local mini cab services near by or you can sign up to uber taxis who are very frequent.

There is visitor parking permits lasting 2-5hrs, but no residents permit available.

Looking for someone who is quiet, friendly and respectful of the house & the community. No wild party groups please!
