I am renting my room in the area Elephant and Castle. It is a flat with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I leave the room because I come back to my country. You would live with a English guy, and spanish girl. All people very young, between 20 - 30 years old.

The room is a double room very very large with a big terrace and warm with central heating. The room has a double bed, and one single bed with two wardrobes, a desk. Rent includes council tax, gas and water. You have to pay just the electricity and internet (around 20 pounds per month)

Kitchen has washing machine/fridge and freezer, gas oven, and microwave. large Kitchen with Sofa, table and chairs.

Zone 1 tube station Elephant & Castle: There is excellent transport links from this property towards Elephant and Castle Tube Station (northern line and bakerloo line 15 min walking or 5 minutes by bus.) and from there with a large number of buses, traveling towards the center city to everywhere.
East Street Market 1 min walk, Morrison, Iceland, Tesco Metro 5 minutes walk
