Double Room in Walworth

Hi there!
I’m leaving my room and I’m looking for someone to replace me in our flat in Walworth SE17.

The room to rent is a double room furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a table and a sofa.

The house is a flat newly refurbished with a kitchen, cloakrooms, shower room, central heating, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a big garden. There’s no living room, but as the room has a table and a sofa you will be able to have your own space. It is located in a very quiet area, and 3 minutes walk from the high street which has a lot of amenities, supermarkets (Tesco, Morrissons, Iceland, M&S, Pounland), cafés, even a 24 hour gym.

It is a very well connected area, where a lot of bus lines pass by, driving you to Oxford Circus, Shoreditch, Southwark, Westminster, East and West London, as well as Camberwell Green, Brixton, Clapham and Peckham. Also you can get the tube in Elephant and Castle which is 15 minutes walk or take any bus that will make you get there in 5 minutes.

The rent is 550 pounds per month plus bills, which can reach around 85 pounds in winter, and the deposit is 700 pounds. The room will be available from mid May.

You will be living 3 people, a Latvian guy, a Spanish girl and an Italian girl, between 31 to 36 years, who have our private lives but sometimes enjoy sharing moments together, like a dinner with a nice convo, or a “catch-up” breakfast.
