1 double bedroom in southeast London for rent. The flat has been recently refurbished and is situated about a 10 minute walk from elephant and castle and a short walk from buses that travel into Central London. The flat is a 3 bedroom third floor flat with a living room, bathroom and kitchen.

The flat is furnished. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Water is with Thames water, gas and electric are with British gas and the internet provider is talk talk. The current tenants are 2 girls, one aged 22 and the other aged 24. We are both nurses and due to start our jobs in the autumn.

We both enjoy going out for drinks, socialising but also staying in and having a glass/bottle of vino with a session of Netflix. We're always up for a laugh and both easy going.

The deposit will be £740 plus £36 reference fee and a £132 addendum fee. One months rent will be required upfront (£545).

The potential flat mate should be considerate of our shift work as we will be regularly working nights and weekends. We are also a tidy pair and take pride in our flat so we would appreciate someone who is clean and tidy.
