The flat?
1 girl, 1 guy, lots of space. The flat has a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine too!), separate living room with a fine collection of board games, books and a TV, and a bathroom with all the usual bits and pieces.

The location?
Walworth Road, hub of activity and 6 minutes walk from Kennington tube or 8 minutes to Elephant and Castle (unless you amble). It is on a busy road so there's a little traffic noise but it's not bad (I barely noticed it when I lived in the room). Perfect for night buses (there's a stop almost directly outside the house) and you can walk to Southbank quite easily. Lizzie walks to work (Vauxhall) every day.

Why?
Our dear housemate is moving on.

Who?
Lizzie works in Challenge Events, likes reading and wine. Occasionally decides to go running. Rob also works in Challenge Events, likes films and video games and cycling. Let us know a few lines about you and your favourite film (no judgement, we swear) and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.
