The room?
Good size with double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves and chest of drawers. Ensuite. The room is suitable for a couple but the rent price would rise to £950 a month.
The flat?
2 girls, 1 guy and lots of space. The flat has a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine too!), separate living room with a fine collection of board games and books (plus a TV with communal Netflix) and a bathroom with all the usual bits and pieces.
The location?
Walworth Road, hub of activity and 5 minutes walk from Kennington tube or 8 minutes to Elephant and Castle (unless you amble). It is on a busy road so there's a little traffic noise but it's not awful (I barely notice it). Perfect for night buses (there's a stop almost directly outside the house) and you can walk to Southbank quite easily.
Why?
We love the flat, but our housemate is moving on.
