Available now for friendly lodger - A lovely double room n a large, quiet and calming 4 storey Victorian house mins away from Wandsworth Common, walking distance to the lively St John's Hill and Wandsworth Town.
Living in the house is a very friendly, open-minded, creative and welcoming family of three (mum and two daughters aged 17 and 11, plus cute mini labradoodle). They are seeking a likeminded and considerate lodger to share their home with, who will have their own room and access to all shared facilities including lovely open plan kitchen diner with lots of natural light, two additional reception rooms and pretty back garden.
AVAILABLE ROOM - "AMELIE"
This is a lovely double room on the 1st floor of the house and overlooking the rear garden. The room features:
- double bed
- bedside table
- Small shower off the room (exclusive use)
- Separate washbasin & vanity unit in the room
- Chest of drawers
- Desk and chair
- Wardrobe
(TV can be provided if required)
Shared used of 2 further bathrooms (with toilets), one of which is only a few steps away from the room and shared with only one other person.
***Please note there is an alternative room - equally lovely - but with no shower and basin for slightly less rent. ***
KITCHEN
On the ground floor there is a lovely open plan kitchen and breakfast bar featuring Belling range oven, fridge freezer, nespresso coffee machine ninja air fryer, nutri-bullet, pizza oven, popcorn machine, slow cooker and more! Plus you'd have your own designated cupboard space for your own items.
DINING / LIVING AREAS & GARDEN
The kitchen adjoins a large light-filled dining area with dining table, sofa and bi-fold doors leading out to the pretty rear garden.
At the front of the house is a living room with sofas and TV and the middle reception room (not shown on photos) features a piano and is currently used as a pottery and craft zone.

This is a lodger arrangement, and you will need to enjoy living in a family home with a dog (hypo allergenic so no fur dropping) and living as part of a family with one teen and one tween.
Females preferred as the owner is a female with two daughters.
