Bright Double room in 2 bed flat-Wandsworth common

Im looking for a new flatmate for a 2 bed flat near Wandsworth common/Balham. I’m 26 and a civil servant, I like seeing friends, going out for drinks and to the gym/ walks around the common! I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy and wants to make the flat homely but also happy with their own space!

The room comes with the bed, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. It previously had a desk in the room so it can accommodate wfh and there’s also space to work in the living room. There is more storage in the hallway and a small south facing balcony which is lovely during the summer.

The flat is in a great location, opposite Wandsworth common, 15 minute walk to Wandsworth common station and 20-25 minute walk to Clapham junction, Balham, Earlsfield and Tooting Bec!

I work in the office 3 times a week, ideally I’m looking for someone who works in the office similar to this.

The contract is 1 year with a 6 month break clause, available from 13th May.
The room is £1000 and bills come in around £150 per month.
